“Sekret Machines: Man” by Peter Levenda and Tom DeLonge is a good representation of what To The Stars Academy of Arts and Science is looking to ultimately achieve, which is to inspire a new generation to reevaluate and re-imagine science, society and humanity.

As an esoteric academic who has studied the world’s history through a lens that focuses on the obvious and the underlying elements of historical narratives, Peter Levenda’s expertise on religion, the occult, mythology and the UFO phenomena make him one of the unexplained’s greatest assets.

"Sekret Machines: GODS" is the first volume of three in the non-fiction "Sekret Machines" series, which accompanies the fiction franchise of the same name.
The project is no stranger to hype or fanfare, as it was launched by pop-punk icon turned UFO researcher Tom DeLonge. DeLonge, best known for being in blink-182 and his arena-rock/art project Angels & Airwaves, has always been an avid observer of UFOs, but after launching his media company "To The Stars," DeLonge has now embarked on his latest ambitious endeavor after all the blink drama. DeLonge has met with top-ranking officials in the military and the U.S. government, and has promised a "Sekret Machines" documentary film to be released soon.
In various interviews and months leading up to the book, which was also penned by respected UFO expert and author Peter Levenda, DeLonge teased a lot regarding what he learned from his research and his communication with officials as high up the food chain as John Podesta, former chairman of the 2016 Hillary Clinton presidential campaign.
Now, does the book answer all the questions skeptics pondered about the project and live up the hype? Well, the book delivers in the sense that you can't wait to see what the next books reveal and what the content of the documentary will be.
Levenda with DeLonge, takes the theories of Zecharia Sitchin and Erich von Däniken and ground it; probing deeper to try to create understanding of our origins, civilizations and religions. This is achieved by an investigative journalist and a more scholarly approach at the subject matter than the original ancient alien theory.
The only "reveal" comes when DeLonge mentions how a government official hinted he "dig deeper" regarding Greek mythology, which is fascinating and telling in regards the themes and subject matter of the rest of the book.
"Sekret Machines:GODS" doesn't make any earth-shattering revelations, but proves to be a compelling case study around the "cargo cult" science.
